From laboratory analysis to method design and directly developing protocols, Ash is known for his analytical approach to solving complex validation challenges. Specializing in both Gamma and EO validation technologies, Ash supports global clients to ensure their sterilization validations meet regulatory and industry standards. Outside of work, Ash is an avid hiker and national parks volunteer who loves exploring remote, cool‑climate destinations.
