Ilva is a Principal Scientist, Gas Sterilization at Sterigenics. With expertise in Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Sterilization Validation, she brings her knowledge and passion to the life sciences and medical device industry daily. In her role Ilva helps customers ensure compliance with regulatory standards through innovation in sterilization design and validation processes. She is an active member of AAMI committees, and a key partner in solving complex problems that delivering solutions to enhance client satisfaction and ensure patient safety.
